The Milford Police Department is proud to share on Friday, February 28th, 2025, Special Operations Officer Jhan Wade was invited to the Massachusetts State House to be honored as part of the Black Excellence on the Hill awards.

Black Excellence on the Hill is an annual event hosted by the MBLLC to commemorate Black and Latino Community leaders and trailblazers who are moving the needle forward in cities and towns across the Commonwealth.

Nominated by Representative Brian Murray, Officer Wade is noted for his dedication, diligence and compassion in serving the Town of Milford.
