MULTI AGENCY INVESTIGATION LEADS TO LARCENY AND FRAUD ARRESTS

MILFORD- During the late hours of Wednesday, February 19th and Thursday, February 20th, The Milford Police Department became aware of a series of larcenies and related attempted fraud transactions that took place in Milford, Hopedale, Medway, Ashland and Framingham.

Through multi-agency efforts, investigators from the Milford Police Department, Hopedale Police Department, Medway Police Department, Ashland Police Department and Framingham Police Department were able to identify Lucas Peli, 21 and Guilherme Branco, 22, both of Framingham as the main suspects.

On Monday, February 24th, 2025, members of the Milford, Medway, Ashland and Framingham Police Departments executed search and arrest warrants at the homes of Peli and Branco.  With the suspects in custody, a search operation resulted in the collection of many of the stolen items being discovered.

Lucas Peli and Guilherme Branco were arrested at their residences and transported to await arraignment.  The suspects are charged with the following.
