MILFORD POLICE ARREST TWO JUVENILES ON MULTIPLE FELONIES

On Monday April 29th, 2024, at approximately 2:31am, Patrolman Jake Mastrianna enacted a property check of Sam’s Energy on Main Street in our town, after observing two males at the gas pumps of the closed business.  A query of the registration and vehicle’s VIN number showed that both the license plate and vehicle were stolen.  Additional investigation on scene revealed the steering column of the vehicle had been compromised by a USB device, an on-going trend in vehicle theft. 

 Following a search of both males and the vehicle, the two juvenile males were placed under arrest and charged with the following crimes.

 MOTOR VEH, RECEIVE STOLEN

BB GUN/AIR RIFLE, MINOR POSSESS

USE MV WITHOUT AUTHORITY

NUMBER PLATE VIOLATION TO CONCEAL ID

FORGERY OF CHECK

RECEIVE STOLEN PROPERTY -$1200
