MILFORD- On Friday December 27th, 2024, The Milford Police Department received a report of fraud, after the victim discovered an unauthorized withdrawal of $30,000.00 from their Fidelity Investments portfolio.

Through investigation, Milford Police Detectives were able to locate the principal suspect, Jonathan Moore, 34, of Staten Island, NY. Additionally, it was discovered that Moore made a $30,000 withdrawal one day after the money was stolen from the victim’s account.

Due to the suspects’ believed location, Milford Police Detectives were granted a warrant with continental US extradition.

On February 10th, 2025, Jonathan Moore was arrested by the New York Police Department and is awaiting extradition for the following charges.
