On Tuesday, July 16th at approximately 1:39PM, the Milford Public Safety Communications Center received a call for a male stealing a package from a neighbor’s porch before leaving in a red colored sedan with Rhode Island registration attached. After a short pursuit the vehicle came to a stop on Quinshipaug Rd. where the operator, Wilber Arias, 24, of Pawtucket, Rhode Island was arrested and charged with the following.
