Milford Police Department Launches Autism Awareness Patch

On Tuesday, April 2nd 2024, World Autism Awareness Day, The Milford Police Department will begin taking pre-orders for our first Autism Awareness Police Patch. Limited to 100 available for the public, the MPD Autism Awareness patch costs $10 each with all proceeds being directly donated to the Milford Special Olympics. Those interested can come to Milford Police Headquarters and ask to pre-order a patch at any time starting Tuesday, April 2nd 2024.

April is Autism Acceptance Month. The goal of this recognition is to raise awareness about autism acceptance and promote inclusion and connectedness for people with Autism.
