Today Lowe's Home Improvement awarded Detective Elias Giokas a certificate of appreciation for his continued work in battling organized retail crime in partnership with their loss prevention staff.
Organized Retail Crime accounts for billions a year in annual loss to corporations. Recently, the Milford Police Department has worked with law enforcement, retail corps and investigative services nationwide to battle organized crime networks responsible for these crimes.
